The Shops at Centerra The Crown Jewel

FEATURED ARTICLES

March 1, 2005 The Shops at Centerra are at the center of Loveland Colorado's newest shopping area at I-25 and Highway 34. This area according to the developers is "one of the most underserved in the nation." With the population being over 500,000 in the Larimer and Weld Counties The Shops at Centerra will be the diamond in the crown of this area. Loveland is fast becoming the shopping and commercial business center of Northern Colorado.

Besides the Shops at Centerra this area features the new Larimer County Fairgrounds and at it's center is The Budweiser Events center. The events center with all of it's attractions and sports teams, draws people from 4 states and the larger metro areas to the south.

Ft Collins has long been the regional shopping center of a large area from Longmont on the south to Wyoming, South Dakota and Nebraska on the north and northeast. The new Shops at  Centerra will change this and move the center to the I-25 and highway 34 interchange. This area is a rapidly developing area and The Shops at Centerra will join the  The Outlet Mall on the west side of I-25 which is already surrounded by big box stores and office complexes.

A close neighbor to The Shops At Centerra is the Wal Mart Regional Distribution Center. Also there is the new Medical Center of the Rockies opening in 2007 as a regional hospital and care center. The Centerra Development is also the home of Kroll Factual Data a national information services company. Here too are Thunder Mountain Harley Davidson, The Group Inc Real Estate and  under construction one mile west is a new Lowe's.
