-- Loveland's first stand-alone Chick-fil-A restaurant, complete with
a drive-thru service, a full breakfast menu and playground, will open
Nov. 30, when $26,000 in free Chick-fil-A food will be given away to
the first 100 adults in line that morning.

commercial land sales in Johnstown at Iron Horse, a 165-acre
industrial park. On Friday, November 10, Jones Development Company
broke ground on a new FedEx distribution center at the site, located
at the southeast corner of County Road 3 and US Highway 34.

Skiing Early This Year A fall snowstorm delivered
an early Halloween treat for skiers and snowboarders recently at
Breckenridge and Keystone with up to 2 feet of snow overnight,
prompting Keystone Resort to announce an earlier opening to its
2006-2007 season.
Keystone
was initially scheduled to open Friday, Nov. 10, however, with a
series of powerful fall snowstorms that have delivered more than 3
feet.

My Exploring The Pawnee I was off at sunrise heading east on highway 14.
Full from a hardy breakfast at one of the early open restaurants near
I-25. It was a pleasant drive east even though the sun became overly
bright after the red-orange sunrise. The air was clear this morning and
the Rockies were clearly visible in my rear view mirror.
