February 17, 2006 – Loveland’s
first all-suite hotel, Residence Inn by Marriott, plans to open this May
at Centerra. Located at Centerra, the development is a joint venture
between McWhinney Enterprises of Loveland, CO and Stonebridge Companies
of Denver, CO. The hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise owned by
McWhinney Enterprises and Stonebridge Companies, and will be managed by
Stonebridge Companies.

Viewed as a leader in extended-stay lodging, Residence Inns are designed
as all-suite hotels that offer studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom
suites. This hotel will be the only all-suites hotel in Loveland with a
total 103 suites over 71,976 square feet. Loveland-based Alliance
Construction Solutions was contracted to build the hotel, and began
construction last September. Residence Inn at Centerra should open in
late May 2006, conditional upon Marriott’s final inspection and
approval. |

Designed for extended stays of five nights or more, all suites will have
a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, coffee maker,
stovetop, microwave, full-sized appliances and high-speed and wireless
internet. The hotel will offer daily housekeeping, same-day dry cleaning
and valet service.

Near
1-25 and US Highway 34, the Residence Inn by Marriott will be the
closest hotel to the new Medical Center of the Rockies, scheduled to
open in 2007 and offering short and long-term care to thousands of
patients annually from northern Colorado, southeastern Wyoming and
western Nebraska. In addition, the hotel is 35 miles from Rocky
Mountain National Park, 10 miles from Colorado State University, 3 miles
from the Fort Collins/Loveland Airport and within walking distance of
several businesses and service providers. Guests will also have access
to the new Promenade Shops at Centerra, The Marketplace at Centerra, and
the many restaurants in the area ranging from Johnny Carino’s and
Chili’s to PF Changes and On the Border.

Guests will enjoy complimentary coffee each morning in the lobby area.
Other hotel facilities and services will include an indoor pool, spa,
guest laundry facility, and business and fitness center. |
