business to sixty employees. Employing over 31,000 people worldwide, EMC at
Centerra joins seven other office sites in Colorado.
“McWhinney looks
forward to welcoming a world-leading technology company to Centerra this year,”
said Ron Kuehl, Vice President of Real Estate – McWhinney. “We are committed to
accommodating the needs of high quality employers such as EMC who want the
access and convenience that Centerra offers.”
“With the growth that
Acartus has seen since being acquired by EMC, the move to Centerra from downtown

Potential employees from Boulder, Broomfield, Longmont and Niwot, among other
north Denver suburbs, will now be within reasonable commuting distance to a
world class EMC R&D facility,” said Brad Florin, Vice President – EMC and former
Chief Executive Officer – Acartus. “As a developer, McWhinney worked with us in
a collaborative manner to assure they met all of our needs. We look forward to
the many amenities at Centerra as well as reduced commute time for visitors
coming from Denver International Airport.”
With the addition of
EMC, Rangeview Two is a 39,190-square-foot building that is 97% occupied. A
state-of-the-art, Class A lake front office building, Rangeview Two has three
floors, the largest of which contains 14,000 square feet. |
