February 17, 2006 – Loveland’s
first all-suite hotel, Residence Inn by Marriott, plans to open this May
at Centerra. Located at Centerra, the development is a joint venture
between McWhinney Enterprises of Loveland, CO and Stonebridge Companies
of Denver, CO. The hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise owned by
McWhinney Enterprises and Stonebridge Companies, and will be managed by

February 22, 2006 Sales at CO'S BMW
skyrocket 35% during first quarter at their new location in Centerra since relocating to Motorplex at Centerra,
the first
dealership to join Colorado's first and only master planned
auto park has reported exponential growth
during its first two months of business. CO's BMW, has enjoyed profits
from a stunning sales increase of
35 percent, while the number of visitors to the dealership has tripled.
With over 100 acres of retail space
the upscale park will be the largest gathering of auto dealers in
Northern Colorado and set the tone for

January 19, 2006
First National Bank, the largest financial institution in Northern
Colorado, to Centerra. Located at the northeast corner of Boyd Lake
Avenue and U.S. Highway 34 in Loveland, construction on the new bank
building recently started with plans to open this summer.

Starting
in February, Five Rivers Cattle Feeding Company will call Centerra home.
The world’s largest cattle feeding company is relocating its corporate
headquarters to the award-winning Loveland community, and will occupy
9,600 square feet at 3855 Precision Drive, next to the new headquarters
facility of Heska Corporation.

January 7, 2006 McWhinney Enterprises have announced that four more dealerships
representing eight top automotive nameplates will become part of the
Motorplex at Centerra family. Davidson Chevrolet, Subaru of Loveland,
Ferrero I-25 Dodge Jeep Chrysler and King Buick Pontiac GMC will join
Co’s BMW at Colorado’s first master planned auto park. With over 100
acres of retail space for the top marques, the upscale park will be the
largest gathering of auto dealers in Northern Colorado and set the tone
for automotive retailing nationwide. Motorplex at Centerra will be one of the most attractive and environmentally
conscious auto retail centers in the country. Many experts believe the
park will serve as a prototype for future automotive retailing by
combining consumer enhancements with good neighbor practices. |

December 5, 2005 Centerra grows another 150
acres in size and is now over 3,000 acres. McWhinney Enterprises recently
purchased 150 acres of farmland south of U.S. 34 and between I-25 and
Boyd Lake Ave. the plan is to annex the property into Loveland. There
are no development plans at this time. |

December 1, 2005 McWhinney Enterprises
has announced the grand opening of the first dealer to locate at
Motorplex at Centerra, Co's BMW. The region's original master-planned
auto park, Motorplex at Centerra is located at the interchange of
Crossroads Boulevard and I-25 in Loveland. With over 100 acres of
retail space for dealers who represent the top auto marques, the upscale
center will be the largest gathering of auto dealers in Northern
Colorado and set the tone for leading automotive retailing nationwide.

June 24, 2005 Driving along I-25 near Hwy
34 either north or south shows the mall growing in leaps and bounds every day.
The hospital is also adding floors as the four cranes lift the heavy
concrete and steel into place.
Just north of the hospital, Heska Corporation has
completed it's move from Ft Collins to it's new building in Centerra.
The Colorado BMW Center is also taking shape and appears to be on
schedule. On the other side of the coin Hooters restaurant which will be
located just south of Thunder Mountain Harley Davidson has yet to break
ground. When first announced they were shooting for Labor Day when the
Thunder in the Rockies celebration is scheduled. |

April 22, 2005 McWhinney Enterprises today
announced the start of construction on the second phase of the
Marketplace at Centerra. The Marketplace is located on the north side of
Highway 34 and is west of the outlet mall. This area already includes
Target, Sportsman's Warehouse, PetsMart, Pier 1 and 8 restaurants.
The second phase will be an additional 240,000 square ft of retail
space to the area. This second phase will be just west of the first
phase McWhinney further said that 80% of the 240,000 square feet has
commitments from retailers but did not announce any names as of yet.
This phase is scheduled to open in early 2006. |

April 11, 2005 Permits have been pulled and
construction is going to start shortly on Centerra's newest addition.
This addition is a three story upscale Residence Inn by Marriott. The
103 room Hotel is being developed by the Stonebridge Companies of
Denver which is involved in other lodging ventures in this immediate
area. The hotel is planned for the southwest corner of McWhinny Blvd and
Foxtail Dr. This location is next door to the outlet mall and just south
of the new Medical Center of The Rockies which is presently under
construction by the Neenan Companies. |

The hotel will have one, two and three bedroom units.
The all suite hotel will be across I-25 from the Shops at Centerra and
the Larimer County Fairgrounds. |
| The other new hotel and convention center planned by
The John Q.Hammons organization, which will be located just south of the
Ranch complex, is still in the negotiation phase with the Larimer County
Government. |

April 1, 2005 The Centerra development area has a another tenant
moving to the neighborhood. Colorado BMW Center will be the first
automobile dealership to build in Centerra. There dealership will be
37,450 square feet and will be joined by other dealerships in the
future. |

Colorado BMW is planning to move from there Ft Collins
location at 2849 S. College where they have been for seven years. The
move and there new building is planned to open in October 2005. |

Colorado BMW has stated they want to be on the cutting
edge of development in the northern Colorado and southern Wyoming
marketing and business corridor. |
| March 1, 2005 The Shops at Centerra are at the
center of Loveland Colorado's newest shopping area at I-25 and Highway 34. This area
according to the developers is "one of the most underserved in the
nation." With the population being over 500,000 in the Larimer and Weld
Counties The Shops at Centerra will be the diamond in the crown of this
area. Loveland is fast becoming the shopping and commercial business
