The Centerra Development The Centerra development in
Loveland is a 3000 plus acre commercial, residential and office
development. This development is in the heart of the Northern Colorado
commercial and retail development area. Many times in the national
press this area has been named as one of the fastest growing areas in
the nation. The development is surrounded by Loveland, Ft Collins and
Greeley the three major towns in the area. This development is in the
center of a 750,000 population marketplace.
Centerra is located in
Loveland Colorado at the intersection of Interstate 25 and Highway 34.
It is being developed by McWhinney Enterprises which is headquartered
in the Centerra Development. |

The major retail attractions of Centerra
are the Promenade Shops a 700,000 square foot Lifestyle mall being
developed by Poag & McEwen of Memphis Tennessee and McWhinney
Enterprises of Loveland .The Shops are located on the east side of
I-25 and north of highway 34. Also across I -25 on the west side is The
Outlets at Loveland Mall. Included in the development is The
Market Place at Centerra a large retail development
and TheMotorplex an auto complex with five major dealers so far..

| A major facility in Centerra is the Medical Center of the Rockies a 1500 employee hospital
which is now complete and will be the center of the medical
community in Northern Colorado. It will offer specialized care in
cardiology, cardiac surgery and trauma. The center has already
acquired it’s acronym and will be called “MCR” just as Poudre Valley
Hospital is called “PVH”. |

Grand Station to be a 60 acre mixed-use project to be a regional
destination for work, play, and living.
In
its quest to create great places for people, McWhinney announces Grand
Station at Centerra, a new one million square foot, 60acre, LEED
certified (National Green Building Council sustainability
designation), mixed-use development. It will be located within Centerra,
the McWhinney master planned community at I-25 and US-34 in Loveland,
just east of The Promenade Shops.

Centerra Moteplex
Phase II Now Complete.
Four new
dealerships representing eight top automotive nameplates have now
opened at the Motorplex at Centerra family. Davidson Chevrolet, Subaru
of Loveland, Ferrero I-25 Dodge Jeep Chrysler and King Buick Pontiac
GMC have joined Co's BMW at Colorado's first master planned
auto park.

Center of the Rockies will open on Valentine’s Day in northern
Colorado with the goal of offering world-class care at the lowest
prices in the region.
“Patients treated at MCR will be very pleased to find that
it’s one of the best equipped and best staffed hospitals ever built,”

McWhinney and Club Colorado Fitness announce the construction
of a brand new health club at Centerra in Northern Colorado. To be
located just north of the Medical Center of Rockies at 3755 Precision
Drive, the upscale 7,200 square foot health club is the first of its
kind at Centerra and is scheduled to open its doors at its temporary

Posted January 18 2007 The Fort Collins Youth Clinic (FCYC) is
bringing its services and its standard of excellence to Centerra in
Loveland. The Youth Clinic at Centerra is slated to open a 3,000
square-foot office at Rangeview Two, 2695 Rocky Mountain Avenue, on
February 12, 2007.
Upon its
opening, the Youth Clinic at Centerra will join two clinics in Fort
Collins. The Youth Clinic’s Windsor Office will be closing January 26

will open on
Tuesday, August 15, 2006. The opening adds another shopping choice to
the exciting list of retailers at The Marketplace since McWhinney
began its 240,000 square foot Phase II expansion of the power center

for the Davidson Chevrolet and Subaru of Loveland dealerships at the
burgeoning Motorplex at Centerra. The two dealerships will celebrate

assisted-living apartment building at Centerra. The Park Regency will
provide a home for Loveland area seniors who are completely independent
as well as those in need of assistance, in addition to a variety of

to open as part of the company’s 240,000 square foot Phase II expansion
of The Marketplace at Centerra. Old Navy will open for business

Enterprises announces plans to break ground on the first medical office
building (MOB) at Medical Center of the Rockies (MCR). Five tenants –
Heart Center of the Rockies, Harmony Imaging Center, Poudre Valley
Health System, Northern Colorado Pulmonary Associates, and Good Day
Pharmacy – have committed to 65% of the 80,355 square foot building.
Located at 2500 Rocky Mountain Avenue in Centerra, the MOB will be the
largest new multi-tenant office building in the region when it is
complete in February 2007. Construction is anticipated to begin on
